I'm sorry we missed Sammy! :(

I took Mailani out today as well. Early. We were there around 7:30 am. But, it wasn't until we were about to leave that two puppies (boxer) came in and Mailani (as usual) decided it was not time to go anymore. One man took his little girl (5 mo) into the small park. And poor thing kept coming to the gate wanting to play.

Since no one was in there but them, I let Mailani go inside and she just loved playing with Ruby. Then Vixen (7mo) came in and they just had a ball! They were boxing and jumping, swimming and chasing each other. It was great!

Oh, but there was a injury. Not to Mailani. Vixen split one of her pads. It looked like she was cut. We have no idea how it happend. So I help the lady clean Vixen up as best we could and helped bandage it up. The lady is a vet tech and called her boss right away. She knew it would needs stiches (good thing she's connected).

We will be out again on the 11th. HAPPY 4th EVERYONE!!!!

Sorry we missed you!

Philip and Sammy got a late start out there because I couldn't go (been fighting bronchitis) so they were debating going without me. In the end they decided to go, so I think they got out there around 10:30.

We'll be there next week! See you then!

hello, i am new to this bt i was wondering does anyone ever go to the my dog and me? my ranger also got cut at the dog park i didn't realize it until a day later. he doesn't seem to be any worse for the wear though

Never been to My Dog and Me. Although it sounds fun. Right now, Mailani loves the park.

We think that Vixen got scrapped in the water (little dog section). She was the only one bouncing around in there. But, who knows, could have been a really sharp rock.

I think it is a indoor building where you pay a certain amount to have your dog play for a while. They have all sorts of things for them to do.

Hi guys,

I am new to this board. I just happened to come across it while searching online for ways to train a Boxer puppy. My self or my girl friend take our Boxer to the park almost every weekend. I would love to be able to meet up with some other Boxer owners there for a play date. I am sure I have meet some of you guys there already, my Boxer is 4.5 month old called Winston. I have another dog a black lab/chow mix called Thierry. I will be there on Saturday probably around 10 o'clock and the same time on sunday.
