Great pics, Dan! What a couple of absolute dolls! You take wonderful pictures. I wish I could snap a good shot of Oscar. I hate being the village idiot when it comes to cameras and taking pictures. Of course, it would help if Oscar didn't go spastic when he see's the little light on the camera. ~~Pout pout pout~~

Dan you have 2 beautiful boxers. They look like they are good for eachother.
I have a question for you. Before you adobted Susie did they tell you that before she could come home you had to make an appointment for getting Maggie ready for adding a friend to the family?
I'm thinking about adobting and that is what they told me to do. I was wondering what they meant, introducing my dog to the dog that i'm thinking if getting? Hopefully you know what they are talking about.

What happened in my case was that when they did the home visit, they brought another female boxer along to meet Maggie in her home to see how Maggie would behave and react to another dog in her home. Perhaps that's what they are planning. What rescue organization are you going through?

The rescue org.( actually I saw 2 beautys) are Secondchance and gvboxerrescue.
When they came to your house they didn't introduce Susie to Maggie? They brought a different dog.

No, another dog. Susie was in Maine, and the home visit person was in New Jersey. I'm in New York. Tina, the home visit person from Second Chance came with her own dog, Missy, who is very good with other dogs and was so sweet and gentle. It was a great experience and the home visit was lots of fun. Nothing to worry about at all.

Dan...what a beautiful family! Maggie has always struck me as one of the most beautiful and expressive babies I've seen, and now you've added a "blond bombshell" to the tribe!
