"Pet Peeves"

These have already been mentioned but I would have to say my biggest is people who do not use their blinkers. I would gladly let someone over in front of me if they would just use their dang blinker!!!! And people who wait till the last minute to merge over in construction. I just love it when a semi blocks the lane way back so people can't do that! Most of my pet peeves are driving related. To bad I have to drive a good distance to work. :(

Pet Peeves? Let's see.....when my DH manages to get his dirty dish as far as the kitchen sink, but can't manage to get the thing into the dishwasher right next to it.

When people turn out right in front of me from a side street - like they're in some hurry - but then I look and there's no one driving behind me, so they really could've waited 10 seconds for me to pass by.

There doesn't seem to be such thing as "Customer Service" anymore.

People who tailgate me when it's obvious that I can't go any faster than the car in front of me. I drive a big SUV so people behind me can't always see what's in front of me. I always go to the right a little so this tailgater behind me can see that it's NOT ME who's holding them up. If that doesn't work, I gear down and slow WAY down so they "get it" and they usually back off a long way. If all else fails, a fast hit of my brakes usually works too.

One of my biggest is.... parents not making their children mind. If your not going to make them behave then don't bring them to my house.
Another is the people who drive up ahead of traffic and merge at the last second. These are the idiots that are causing most of the congested traffic. Do they think their time is more precious than mine?
People pulling out infront of a semi and/or breaking right away. Do these people have a death wish or what? It takes a fully loaded semi approximately 300ft to stop (the length of a football field).

Here's another one that just happened to me...

When you are standing in a long line up in a store and another cashier opens up and says "I'll take whoever is next over here" and the LAST person in line runs over everybody to get there!! I don't know who I get more angry with! The LAST person running ahead of everybody else OR the cashier for not noticing or saying anything!! :mad:
