I just tried this one over the weekend.......yummy. :) For peanut butter lovers.

1 cup creamy peanut butter (I used a little more)
4 squares white Baker's chocolate (broken)
1 box vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk (for pudding)
1 cup Cool Whip
1 Oreo cookie pie crust

Melt peanut butter and white chocolate in bowl in microwave, about 2 minutes. Stir until creamy.
Make pudding with the 1 1/2 cups milk until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip.
Mix together the peanut butter mix and the pudding mix until blended.
Pour into Oreo pie crust and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

I swirled a little bit chocolate syrup on top.

candy bar pie

I have a recipe that is similar, a favorite among the firefighters at headquaters station.

4-packs of reese butter cups
2-boxes of choc. pudding
1-1/4 cups of skim milk
1- tub of lite coolwhip-thawed
1- oreo pie crust(sold in stores)
choc. syrup to drizzle

In a bowl mix pudding, milk, and half of the cool whip container.
Chop up the reese butter cups all four packs of two, into wedges, take half of those and put in the pudding mix.
THen pour the pudding mix into oreo shell, spread on the coolwhip, and top with remaining reese's. Then drizzle with choc. syrup. and refrigrate until ready to serve.

You can make this with vanilla pudding and your favorite candy bar. So easy and yummy to eat!

If you like that peanutbutter pie you'll like this one too..

One cup creamy peanutbutter
one block room temp. cream cheese
one cup powder sugar
a little less then one 8oz. tub of cool whip
adn one oroe pie crust(premade)

mix all ingerdets adb taste.. if you need more peanutbutter add now.. I usually end up adding two to three cups alltogether.. but it depends on your taste..

afterits mixed dump in pie crust adn let set inthe freezer for an hour adn serve cold. also anouther deviation is making a 9x9 pan of brownies lettign them cool to room temp adn putting the pie filling over that adn freeziing. This worked really well this past exmas. i used a peanutbutter brownie mix. was great!...

Enjoy! maxsmom, Kellie
