Oh, Grunt'smom, I'm sitting here with tears on my face at work. I'm so sad because I feel like I knew Grunt through your posts. I'm so sorry. I was hoping against hope that he would pull through. You were so brave for him. I know how hard that must have been for you. He is with you forever now, and will be waiting for you with boxer burns and lots of boxer kisses. God bless you.

I am crying as I write this... haven't been on BW in a few weeks and when I saw this post I couldn't believe it. I wish I knew what to write - I'm so sorry - RIP sweet boy. I hope you know how many lives you and Grunt have touched here on BW, we will all miss him. (((Hugs))))

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's heartbreaking to read what Grunt had to endure at such a young age and what you and your family have been through and are continuing to cope with. Grunt's not suffering any more and knowing that certainly helps, but it really doesn't make losing him any easier. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. OMG I am so sorry to hear this I didn't know your baby was sick I have been away with my mom dying and spent alot of time by her side she finally passed and now the funeral is done and I have been away for 2 weeks you have been there for me in happy and sad times I felt your pain last summer with Harley I wish there was something I could do to help you with the pain your are feeling I hope in time you can think ouf your baby and smile at all the funny things he did and how happy he was when he wasn't sick almost there now myself.

As my heart goes out to you at least mine was expected she had parkinsons and had been doing bad for awhile but I am glad she is at peace I don't know what was harder losing Harley unexpectedly or losing my mom and knowing it was coming. I had a melt down a few months ago wishing my mom was still with me when even though she was still alive she hasn't talked since last fall, and she was 3 hours away from me so it was hard to see her and no one could tell us when she would actually cross over. I hope you will open up your heart to another boxer when you are ready you are a great fand compassionate friend, and mommy another furbaby deserves to experience this.
