Orson Has Died

I'm literally broken right now, but I wanted to let you all know that Orson Died @ 6:30 tonight.

He was put to sleep as a result of trouble breathing, and turning blue.
The Oncologist saw that the cancer had spread from last week.
He was very uncomfortable last night, and this morning seemed very distressed.
The oncologist told me the best thing to do was to put him to sleep as the cancer had spread so much, and his breathing was very very bad.
Orson collapsed on the way home in the car, and I took him to a local vet to put him to sleep.

This was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life, and I had several anxiety attacks while I was in that office.
My mom was with me, and we both stayed with him for as long as we could after he was gone.

I want to thank everyone for all of your support through all of this.

Vale to a wonderful Boxer.

Jeff, I'm so very sorry. It hurts so much when we have to let them go. I believe they do go to a better place and watch over us. Many of us here have babies at the Rainbow Bridge, and they are sure to be welcoming Orson right now.

Sometimes I am sure that Bo, Rebel, and Tess are with my family in spirit and I know we will be reunited one day.
