My baby, Winnie, is only 2 years, 5 months old, and i've noticed for the past couple of weeks that after she exercises (and as of today, in the mornings as well) she limps A LOT and when she sits she hesitates getting her bum down and then she rolls off to one side as if her hips are bothersome.

I heard that hip dysplasia begins to show around her age and i am TERRIFIED that this might be what's wrong.

Does anyone know of anything else that it might possibly be? Or any other signs that i should be looking for?

I plan on taking her to the vet this week.

U should read my THREAD " Cruz is having problems with back legs" he has the same issues.... Got X-rays thinking that it was Hip Displasia but it turned up negative but he may have a pinched nerve in his back... He is getting a very costly MRI done this Thursday to see what the deal is.... But your baby sounds a lot like mine..

Have you thought about using glucosamine supplements (ie Syn-Flex, Cosequin)? They are designed for joint and cartilage protection and growth. It has really helped my (almost 14) arthritc mastiff. Just a thought ~ Cathy

You really need to take him to your vet and get it checked out. It could be any number of things. My dog had pretty much the same symptoms and he had torn his ligaments in his knees.
The vet should be able to figure out what the problem is and how best to treat it.
