Hey guys
I just got a beautiful female fawn recently. She is the greatest except for a few small problems. When I got her, she had coccidia, paresites, and was anemic. I spent loads of money, almost had to get a blood transfusion and who knows what else. Anyway, she wouldn't eat normal dog food. I tried wet and dry of all the brands the vet suggested. I finaly ended up making a ricew and chicken mush. She loved that. Well, now she is better, still thin, but still doesn't want any other type of food excpet for fresh chicken. I have mixed broth and chicken in her dry kibble. She sorts out the ckicken. I have treied everything. Molly has me trained, I tell ya.
What do I do to get her eating her dog food? I hear that if I leave her be, she will eventually get hungry and eat her own food. I am reluctant to do this because of her past.
Please help
