Eric J
Boxer Insane
Now I have had Emma and Kona over for a few hours in the past (no more then 3) and have had a blast but today will be different. In about half an hour Sally will be dropping off Emma and Kona to spend the entire day here!
Sally (another stay at home spouse) has a full day of scheduling and needs some one to let her dogs out in the middle of the day. Instead of just popping over to her house in the afternoon we are going to try having all 3 of them here all day, woohoooo.
I desperately want a second Boxer for the house and for Jedi to have a constant companion but the earliest my wife will consider is next year. So today I get to test drive a full day with not 2 but 3.
As excited as I am I also have a wee bit of trepidation. There is only one of me and these psycho's are crazy,
. Oh well, the worst that can happen is my house will be a pile of splinters and 3 Boxers will stand next to me with cocked heads looking like the other one did it as they slobber me with tons of kisses.
My neighbor has a phrase (she owns 2 dogs) that I love and I feel is especially fitting for today. "It must be wonderful to be a dog; you never know what is going to happen each day." Jedi is currently sacked out on the front porch; little does he know what we have planned for today, hee hee.
