To all that keep switching methods in a matter of days, weeks, etc...STOP. Teaching bite inhibition takes time, patience and consistency. Repetition is key. If you keep changing up methods you are going to confuse your pup and make the process longer. And I also agree with the others on NOT holding down or hugging your dog in order for this to stop - you are not teaching them anything. You need this mouthy time to teach them how to use their mouths properly and that human skin is fragile. If you just all out stop their biting, you are going to create a bigger problem down the line when their older and they have their adult teeth and they don't know how to use their mouths.
