So who should we expect at tomorrows bash? Is it at Cameron Station park or which park??????? Welcome Vagrif hope to meet you tomorrow and hope to meet Bella tomorrow as well. Bellas mom, do you know what exit that is from I 95S? Or the address so I can look it up on mapquest?

Boxer Bash at Cameron Station Park

RockyHoya... I posted the directions late last week. But here they are again....

From I95S or I95N take the Van Dorn Street Exit. At the top of the exit take a left (north). Proceed to the third light, South Pickett Street (public storage facility on left) and turn right. Follow with road until it intersects with Duke Street (dead ends at light) and turn right onto Duke. Go through one light (Honda dealer and CVS on left) and then look for the sign that says Ben Brenman Park. It is a right hand ramp. At the end of the exit go straight into the small parking lot. You will see a little league baseball field. Go around the field and you will see a bridge crossing a small creek. The dog park is right across the bridge.

Riley and I are so jealous that we can't join everyone today! She has another week of rest precribed by the vet for her bum knee. I pray that rest is all she needs to heal...and that it is not her cruciate ligament!

I hope everyone has a BLAST at the park today and hopefully we'll be able to attend a boxer bash VERY soon!!!!

One of these times we can go. Today I am working, and Tug's is being a good boy @ the house. He is making sure the prospective home buyer's don't take his pig ears.

I will be home on the 20th from San Diego, so maybe the 21st. Especially if we have someone looking @ the house. We have to be out of there!

Vagrif, did you guys end up showing up? I was wondering because as we were leaving we saw a couple with a beautiful fawn boxer walking in a parking lot at the other park where there were also dogs. I thought maybe you guys went to the wrong park?? We turned around to ask but couldnt find you and then saw you driving away. Do you guys drive a silver car and was your husband wearing a red cap? Rocky Hoya had a great time with George and Bella. Bellas mom and I had a great time chit chatting away....we will definetely get together again. Next time maybe more can make it.

They are both snoring away.....

they are so tired from playing today! They had a really great time playing with Rockyhoya and definitely want to get together again. Did you see them looking out the back window when I drove away? LOL, they are too funny!

I forgot to mention the other dog park... we do not go there. Reason being, the dogs over there run in packs, most of the owners pay little attention to their dogs, and as a result one smaller dog was killed there and another smaller dog was mauled so badly that the owner had to have it put down. You know it's a bad park when the animal control people suggest you take your dog to another park! :(
