What product line from Acana are you feeding your 2? I was thinking of rotating the Acana Grasslands with the Orijen 6 Fish that I am currently feeding him. I am thinking that a protein change from all fish to lamb and fish would be a good change for him. Both are made by Champion Pet Foods so the quality level would not be an issue. I will probably match the switch beginning of neext year.

So its been about 3 weeks and I have had my guys only on Orijen for a week now and they are both doing good. Good poops from both, and they actually eat less. So far we are happy with Orijen.

I am feeding my guy of 3 months another grain free product that hasn't been mentioned yet... Does anyone else use: Now! Grain Free Puppy Food?

I noticed it hasn't been rated yet on the dog analysis site but I believe the Go! products that are also manufactured by Petcurean are rated as 5*.

The petstore employee suggested this as a good grain-free option for larger breeds as the protein content is 28%. Here is a list of the ingredients:

De-boned turkey, potato flour, pea, potato, whole dried egg, pea fibre, tomato, apple,
flaxseed, canola oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols, a source of vitamin E), natural
flavor, coconut oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols, a source of vitamin E), salmon, de-boned duck, sun-dried alfalfa, carrots, pumpkin, bananas, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, papaya, pineapple, grapefruit, lentil beans, broccoli, spinach, cottage cheese, alfalfa sprouts, dried kelp, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, lecithin, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, dried seaweed meal, Vitamins: (vitamin E supplement, L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (source of vitamin C), niacin, inositol, vitamin A supplement, thiamine mononitrate, d-calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, beta-carotene, vitamin D3 supplement, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12 supplement), Minerals: (zinc proteinate, ferrous sulfate, zinc oxide, iron proteinate, copper sulfate, copper proteinate, manganese proteinate, manganous oxide, calcium iodate, sodium selenite), taurine, DL methionine, L-Lysine, chicory root extract, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Enterococcus faecium, Bifidobacterium thermophilum, dried Aspergillus niger fermentation extract, dried Aspergillus oryzae fermentation extract, yeast extract, yucca schidigera extract, marigold extract, garlic powder,L-carnitine, dried rosemary

He seems to be doing well on it although I would eventually like to switch him to Orijin or TOTW maybe at 6 months are so. I am looking forwards to smaller servings (a.k.a less poop) when I switch to a higher protein food but I will leave him on this for longer since he's been doing good.

Wow!! I just switched my pups to TOTW and they are doing awesome on it. I can't believe how expensive it is some places. I paid $38 for a 30lb bag and that was with tax! I was glad that i found it localy as i live in a rural town and I found this at my local feed and seed store.
