Hi! My name is Jenny and I just joined Boxer Board today as a registered member. I own one boxer named Rocky who is six months old. He is a flashy fawn with 4 white socks, a full white collar and a white chest and muzzle. His nose is black and the white on his muzzle is trimed in a black mask. I am an avid animal lover and so far have had one cat, one pure bred labrador retriever, one pure pred jack russell, one poodle mix, and one shelter rescue that was a american bulldog, boxer and pit bull mix. My cat and jack russell were family pets and my parents were very attached to them, so they live with my parents. My poodle was put to sleep at 23 years of age due to health problems and the fact that she was so old and there was no way to help her. My lab was put to sleep last spring due to liver cancer that was too far along to operate on. My shelter rescue was given to a family friend due to his over protectiveness and the fact that our house insurance company was going to cancel our insurance because he looked like a pit bull(which by the way is completely ridiculous). So now Rocky is the only pet who lives with me. He is an inside dog and he is my sunshine who can always make me feel better. I am 22 years old and married to a wonderful man. I love looking at other people's boxers and love seeing what people think of my baby, so I figured this would be a very good place to meet people and discuss the breed. Nice to meet everyone!
