Hi, my name is Jeremy. I moved to Arizona about a year ago with my wife and 4 yr old daughter. We have since had another girl, now 7 months and we are ready to add a boxer to the household. I have never had a dog although I grew up around them. My wife has had several and lots of other animals as well- horses, goats, rabbits, cats, etc. We have both always admired the boxer for its intelligence and energy and are currently looking to rescue one. There is a great rescue organization here in the Phoenix area that we are working with.

Already this forum has provided us with alot of good information so I am excited to join.

We found a Boxer boy this weekend! SO sad that we have to wait until after Thanksgiving to pick him up. He is approx. 6 mo old, fawn with a little flash, very calm and gentle. He is a little thin though but I'm sure that will change.

I guess he was dropped off at a vets office 'cause the owners were losing their house. The rescue picked him up and he's been in foster (where they have 3 other boxers) for a few weeks.

So excited!
