new pupy diarhea

i just posted this on the puppy board but this is probably a better place to post.....
i just got my 5 week old puppie ollie 3 days ago i know its really young to take away from his mom,hes had diarhea since i brought him home he eats and drinks well and seems fine besides the diarhea im feeding him the same food he was being fed before i took him (black gold kibble mixed with water so he can eat it easier) this is my first puppy and i dont know if its normal or not. also he doesnt seem to be dehydrated. any help or advice would be very apretiated
