Our family had a beautiful fawn, large male Boxer for 8 years.
Losing him to a bad heart at only age 8 was devastating.
That was 10 years ago and I am thinking of getting another Boxer Puppy.
I am not interested per say in a show dog, just a great dog for many years.
We have a home with a nice back yard on the water and Rocky used to go out fishing with me all the time.
Rocky was an AKC registered Boxer but I now realize that there are many other health issues to consider.
Does anyone know of a South Florida Boxer breeder that has their Dogs health screened?
Also how much can I expect to pay for such a Puppy.
Any Help would be appreciated.

A boxer club should be able to point you in the direction of any breeder members who do appropriate health screening on their breeding stock, and if they don't happen to have any upcoming litters, those people may well be able to refer to you someone who has.
