Hello Boxerworld! I am joining this site to learn and share with fellow dog lovers.I acquired my first Boxer,Angel,as a rescue and immediately fell in love with the breed.Angel passed away last August at 8 years old.I currently have a 3 year old white boxer,Chester,who is the sweetest boy!I also have a 5 month old Boston Terrier named Lilly,a playmate for Chester after losing Angel.She is adorable and hilarious!Chester just loves her.Previously we had a Rottweiler,Dozer,who passed at age 14.Our first dog was a Rottweiler-Doberman mix.His name was Boomer.He was here before the kids,our first baby.We lost him to Lymphoma at age 7.I have been married 25 years and have 3 sons.Large breeds have been a favorite,but as the boys are leaving the nest,I guess I needed a baby.....so I have little Lilly.A friend from work refered me to Boxerworld.We are both nurses who enjoy sharing our Boxer stories.
