New dog food suggestions?

I would start out by finding out what kind of food is available locally to you.
Feed Mills are a good place to start as they usually have a good selection. Petco sells Solid Gold Products which are good.
Go around to the different stores and see what your options are. Write the brands down and then go to Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble and read the ratings for the brands and pick the highest quality food you can afford.
Don't be shocked by the sticker prices either. High quality dog food is expensive per bag but a bag lasts longer as you feed less. There is less poop and a healthier dog.

If you have the time I'd make some up yourself (there's great info on the nutrition threads). I switched from premium kibble to home cooked and am now in the process of switching to raw. The reason I cooked first was to give me time to get used to using things like giblets, kidneys etc. but the dogs LOVE it and are really shiny and (if you can believe it...) have even MORE energy 
Our older boxer (4yrs) never really liked food and could go for days at a time without eating, now she comes and lets me know if I'm 2 minutes late with dinner!
The final bonus (and one I don't take lightly) is that with 2 boxers and 1 siamese cat, we are now saving over $90 (Australian) per month. Yay

Zeus' health has improved considerably since switching him from Eukanuba to Orijen. Right now I have him on the Regional Red Formula. To change things up for him, we'll try the fish formula in a few months.

My boxers both eat Nutro, Natural Choice. Our specific type is chicken, rice and oatmeal and comes in a sea green bag with a little yorkie type dog on it. It is really great on Boxer's sensitive's stomachs. It is pretty pricey compared to others though but their poop is nice and solid, good color and they actually eat it (my female is picky and won't eat some food.)

We're trying to figure out what is wrong w/ our boxer...so we're trying new food. Our vet called us today to touch base and I told her our plan about trying new food. She thought that was a good idea. Although, she really wants us to try some perscription food first. So...we're trying Royal Canin, Potato and Rabbit. My husband about flipped...$38 for 8 lbs. But if this countrols this stomach thing she gets, it's worth it...then we can slowly switch her to something else.

I flipped out at the price of the good food, too. But feeding Taste of the Wild is not really more expensive like I thought it would be because we use so much less food. She gets 1 1/2 cups in the morning before work, another 1 1/2 cups in the evening. She loves it and gives me that 'stare' until I remember to feed her.
I actually found the Dog Food Analysis website before I found Boxer World. Good luck in your search. I found a small pet store that sells the higher quality foods. It's out of the way, but a fun little side trip for the kids.

There are MUCH better limited ingredient foods out there that are also MUCH cheaper than the Royal Canin Veterinary Diet. Wellness, Natural Balance, and California Natural are just a few that come to mind. Have you looked at the Dog Food Analysis site at all?? I know you're probably committed to the RC for now, but I think that it would REALLY benefit you (and your fur-babies) in the future to use this wonderful resource that the BoxerWorld creators have provided for us.

Thank you so much for this info and website. I tried to search it the other night, but the site was down. But I looked at it today and I was amazed at the stuff....bad stuff that is in dog food. I noticed that beets are added to Iam's food...which is a controversary food for dogs, plus it causes stomach problems. Gee....I wonder if the beets are the culprit?
Update: Since we have changed food 4 days ago, Lexi has been back to her old self appicon. I just want to make sure this continues for weeks to come. We now will find a new food, other than the perscription diet....thanks to all of you. Thank you so very much.
