I should have said more about us earlier, however the boxer kids and I were in a hurry to leave. We live in the Kansas City area with our 2 human children and our 2 boxer kids. Have you ever heard the saying "Dogs have masters and cats have housekeeping staff?" I am not sure who wrote that, but I am convinced they were never lucky enough to be owned by a boxer!!!
Merlin is our 6 year old boy. He is a very flashy fawn with natural ears and weighs 75 lbs. He is a rescue, and a miracle. It really pains me to think about all he endured before he came into our lives. He is the first rescue I had ever had, and is by far the best dog I have ever had. It is amazing how greatful the rescue boxers are, as I have heard this from so many others. He is just a blast to have around and we truely love him.
Gretchen is our new baby that we got last week. I swore I did not want a puppy and was looking for another rescue boxer when I came across her. she was not in the dire situation that Merlin was in, however at 12 weeks she had already been to several houses and was in need of a permanent home. She is a fawn with natural ears, a little chrome, very smart, and loving.
Cant wait to hear more about your babies!
