Need help with AKC Name...

Hi Everyone!
Well its official...JOE BOXER has joined our family! He is a strapping 7 week old Flashy Fawn with so much love to give! My husband and I are truly blessed to have him. We named him JOE after the brand name JOE BOXER...but we call him Joe, Joey, Joseph (when he's not listening to us...hehehe). We are having a difficult time coming up with his AKC Name though...any suggestions? We are both Irish, so any Irish names would be great. The only one we've come up with so far is CUP OF JOE (last name)....because we live in Seattle...the coffee capital ;) Thank you in advance for some suggestions!

I think Cup of Joe _____ is a wonderful idea. I like the sound of it, and it fits. Another suggestion is "last name's" Java Joe, or Joe's Irish Coffee, or a more comical approach, "last name's" Flashy Irish Boxers. Not too sure, good luck with your choice.
