I know for sure that DuPage County requires permits in all the parks. I am not sure about Will or Cook though. I don't think the permits are that much and I believe they're good for a year. The Oakbrook park isn't bad at all. Of course I haven't been able to actually SEE the Naperville park because I wasn't allowed in (right Krystal?
), but I used to go to the Oakbrook park all the time. I personally think the size is fine because for the most part you can keep a good eye on your dog, yet allow him/her to roam around..it's plenty big as far as I'm concerned. I might be able to make Saturday, but Sunday is definitely out. I'm concerned, however, that I won't be able to make it out during the week to pick up a permit!! Any suggestions?
