Hi Everyone, I am a new boxer mom of Madalynn, and a newcommer to Boxerworld. I live in the Naperville area and since that it is spring and the weather is starting to get nice I was wondering if all the Boxer Lovers out there get together like at a park or something and get to know one another and let our boxer children have play time? I got Madalynn on 4/2 and I want to get her into some socilation classes. I am hopeing that you all can help me out. I would like to meet older Boxers and talk to you all on some advice that you can give me. I am nervous as all I can be cause I want to make sure that I am a good mommy to Madalynn. I know that after a few days she is already attached to me. Its really cool that on the weekends when I go to work my boss said that I could bring her with me cause we are slow at the office at that time. Well in short, I wast Just curious if there is like a Boxer Club or something. I look forward to all of your help. Thnks in advance for your responses!!!

Pud and I go to the dog park at least once a week. We were thinking about it today, but it got cold! Its a great place to socialize your dog. Its Pud's favo place to be. But lots of other breeds don't seem to like to play with him due to his "boxing" One swat and they start to ignore him.
If you don't know where it is it's one-half mile south of 75th Street on the east side of Naperville-Plainfield Road.
I guess its moving though, just acrosst he street to a fenced in area, but I don't know the specifics.

COOL!!!!!!! Hopefully we can get some more people together that have Boxers. I heard about the Doggy Park in Naperville. Hopefully we can plan on something soon. I live in Glen Ellyn & would love to get together this summer. I don't have my Boxer yet, he's only a week old, should be able to bring him home in June. By the way there's a dog park in OakBrook called Mayslake, take Kingery Highway (Route 83) to 31st street & head west, Turn left on St. Paschal's drive which I think is the first stop light & it should be right there.

Cool. We can plan for something in June when you get your baby. I got my Madalynn like a week ago and she has brought me so much joy! If you have any questions let me know! Hopefully there will be more than on outing! I will let ya know.

There's a new park in between Woodridge and Naperville, who knows which town it really belongs to. Its on the corner of 75th and Greene, I don't know which one would be easier for everyone though.

Well unfortunately we were not able to get the puppy we wanted, so we are waiting for a litter with another breeder due next month (wish us luck). Hopefully all goes well and we can finally have our own little boxer by July! I will be keeping in touch with you guys to let you know what happens and as soon as we take him home we can meet up and have a boxer party :p
