Names... a little early

Ok so I won't be getting a puppy until the end of July or so but I can't help but join in the name game fun! So I am not planning on doing conformation but I am hoping to do agility so I am wanting a registered name. My call name choices I have picked out are
Duke
Bailey
Tyson
Mason
Roscoe

I am wanting a flashy fawn boy but of course if the right dog or puppy comes along I don't think I will care what color it is.. though I am set on a boy

With teh registered name I want somethjing cool. Maybe alcoholic related (I don't drink but I thought the idea would be cool) or mobster related because of course my Fiance insists our dog will be a manly dog Anyhow thanks for the help and sorry if I am a little sillyt for asking this so soon but I love to be prepared

i don't have any suggestions for your registered name, but I like Roscoe.

I like the call name Roscoe as well.

Maybe for the registered name you could do something like Southern Comfort? It would be easy to add his call name, sire or dam's name, or kennel name onto it.

his registered name could be baileys and coffee...........also, i dont know if you HAVE to wait until july to get the dog, being that your in indiana, potty training will run into the winter and thats not fun....if you could get him sooner, itd be easier for you....just a thought

Well seeing that I am in college and currently live in the dorms I can not get him now. I am hoping to get an older dog maybe 6 months or so old. I also thought about rescuing. If I rescued then I believe you can still register through ILP maybe? I am not too sure...

I named the stray I found that I'm now fostering "Roscoe" so I'm partial to that name. I have no idea what would go with it for a registered name, though. At least we have until July to think about it and help you!

They are all good names, but I think Mason is the coolest of them all. Also, we had our minds made up that we were going to get a fawn colored boxer, but when we got there a spunky brindle stole our hearts.

LOL!! Thats absolutely hilarious. My hubby also insists that the dogs are "rough and tough" dogs .. and Tati is close to that, but our Radar-boy is the biggest wussy ever!! He's a real momma's boy!
