My Sweet Girl Saska went to sleep on Monday

This is one thread I just didnt want to write.... my sweet little Saska went to sleep Monday morning 19th July , she had cancer that had spread to her liver and lungs.... the vet said it was the nicest thing we could do for her.

All I feel at the moment is emptiness... no little silver face peeping at me... no wiggles , just emptiness.... Bless you Saska you were such a good little girl.... never a wrong deed.... just a perfect little boxer girl. Missy Ginty did well when she led us to you, you gave us three years of sheer joy...just my perfect little sweetiepie.... Have fun Saskie at the bridge with your big Sister Missy Ginty.

At the moment it all feels like a dream.... just an empty house, empty heart.....

My condolences. There is nothing like losing a much loved Boxer.
They are such a large presence in our homes and lives. Not only their size but their personalities as well.
I know the heartache you are experiencing having lost my girl in Feb.
All I can say is to take as much time as you need to grieve and remember to be kind to yourself.

so sorry Pam for your loss of dear saskia. it's a horrendous time and i feel dearly for you but you gave her a wonderful 3 years and in return she helped you over the loss of Ginty. You are truley a wonderful person and i'm sure they will both send you another baby to love.....so sorry i haven't been in touch over the years but i've always been thinking about you....take care....love sue x
