My Sweet Baby Girl Is Gone!

My sweet baby girl Duchess went to the rainbow bridge this morning. I'm devistated. I loved my baby from the moment I got her as an 8 week old puppy until the last moment of her life - she was 10 years, 4 months and 23 days old today. She had partial paralysis in her back legs, and had lost control of her eliminations. I took her to my vet - who is absolutely the best in the world - and was with her when she passed. She is now with her Pa Paw and her "big dog".

So sorry to hear of your baby's passing, know that she is in a better place now and running like she is a puppy again! I know it is hard to imagine but things will get better with time. It has been one year today that my baby left me and I still think about her everyday and miss her like crazy but now I can think of her and smile instead of cry.
