I just found this thread today. I have a knot in my belly just thinking about your poor babies. It's soooo hard when they get sick. I hope they both feel better real soon. Take care and keep us updated.

well i'm pleased to report Tigger's blood work came back and he doesn't have addisons disease which is good news as its not a nice disease unfortunately we still don't know what's wrong with him.
this weekend we are going to pull out all the plants in the garden that we don't know what they are and get rid of all the bark mulch and one tree that the little bugger likes to chew on and we don't know what sort of tree it is and see if that's the problem if not it will mean a CT scan.
just wanted to give you all an update and thank you again for your healing vibes and well wishes.

well unfortunately Tigger is still having his turns and they seem to be coming about every 10 to 14 days. last sunday he was standing in the middle of the lounge room and went to walk off and stumbled and fell - his little legs just sort of went out from under him. he's been tested for so many things its not funny, poor littled man.
Next Tuesday we are going back to the neurologist and our vets think she will suggest that Tigger have an MRI scan and at the same time take some spinal fluid - big dollars coming for these tests but he is my baby and is worth every cent especially if we find out whats wrong with him and make him well again. i hate to see him so unwell it breaks my heart.

I feel for you and Tigger. Its unbelievable how much and how little can be done these days medically. When our Brutus was sick our vet and then the doctors at the emergency hospital could only guess what was wrong with him. We never got any really adequate answers, either. And it sure can be expensive. Have you thought about contacting other vets for a wider opinion base?
