Here is my 2 year old girl JJ. She has been with me 6 days now and has already made herself at home and a member of the family. Its hard to believe that someone could just dump such a sweet girl off at a shelter. She had a real bad case of mange when they rescued her from the shelter but with some TLC it all cleared up and her coat has grown back in nice and soft.
Going from a giant male Malamute to to a big cuddle bug female boxer has taken some adjusting but JJ has made it easy with kisses and her mean jelly bean.

Investigating the back yard.

She is just precious! For having mange, she looks good now. Glad they got that under control. Just make sure she stays on a very good diet to help with her immune system since mange is an immunity disorder (my girl had it). I'd find a high quality food or even raw or homecooked for her. (I homecook and mix with kibble). We have not had a recurrence and I really believe it has a lot to do with her diet. Congrats on your new addition, she is lovely! :)
