My boxer thinks he's human

Hello from Alabama! My husband and I have a fawn boxer named Bailey. We recently got married and decided to get a dog as training before we decide to have children and this is our first boxer. He is now 5 months old and thinks he is human. I never thought that I would ever get a boxer but I have completely fallen for him. He is so adorable and his personality is really starting to show.

I really enjoy boxerworld b/c it's so nice to be able to relate to other people who have boxers and love them as much as I do now.

Think they are human!!?? My Killian is the same way. They are they best, so sweet and sensitive. Welcome to BW, I hope to see some pics of your puppy! :)

Hello and welcome to BW. Congrats on your recent marriage too. We got out first boxer (she is 2 1/2 now) 7 months after we got married. We now have a son (16 months old) and a 2nd boxer who is 7 months old. If you can take care of a boxer than a skin kid should be a breeze. :LOL:

They are the nuttiest little snuggle bugs! Once we got Nestle, I was hooked on the breed.

Welcome to BW!! Didn't you know that they ARE human??? I call them humans in fur coats! Congratulations on the new marriage and the boxer baby. I look forward to hearing more about him and seeing some pictures! :)

That is so funny that you said that because that is what my husband and I tell everyone when our families ask when we are having children (and they always ask!!). If we spoil a child half as bad as we do Kosmo boy are we in trouble.

hey i'm from huntsville and have a 4 month old boxer that weighs about 30 lbs. how much does your weigh, out of curiosity? i want him to be at least 70-75 when full grown. anybody have tips as to when to feed him and how much to make him huge?
