Missing my Nikko

I just got on to see the stories.. I know people share my pain. I am missing my Nikko who died a few years ago. Thanksgiving was his favorite time of the year.. He got to eat also.. I am missing you Nikko. I have Miles but you are that special boy.. I am glad I have Miles and love him dearly but I am missing my first boxer....so much.. the holidays are just not the same.. Like a picture is missing or something.. I am glad people on this site feel my pain.. Have a great holiday.... thanks for having this outlet Boxerworld.

I know what you mean.. this Christmas will be different with Brandy gone. Each year on Christmas Eve we have a party with lots of friends and family. We open presents and everyone was always so excited when Brandy got hers.. It was a site. I would give her a present hers of course tear the paper a little and tell her to open it. She would go to town trying to open it until she did. It was so fun to watch her ..everyone laughing wanting to know how did you train her to do that. Funny thing is she trained herself.

This year will be Abigail's 1st Christmas .. we'll see it she gets the hang of it..

My Tazzy just passed away two months ago. I have been so busy trying not to think of the coming holidays. I don't know what I will do without our annual Christmas photo, holiday treats, the santa hat he hated to wear but did for me.

I have Lucy now and she helps my pain hurt less but my soulmate Boxer is gone and I want him here with me.

My heart goes out to you...we never do get over the loss of our best friends. But it is nice to know that they are with us forever as they will always live in our hearts. Take care.
