I also Microchipped my boxer and my friends and it was very helpful she got out and we got a call from the company. When we called them they told us the information on who had her and I was very glafd she had the chip.

Everyone needs to do this! I am a Animal Control Officer and i have a scanner in my truck, I scan every dog i get! I think the best part of it is that more and more vets are scanning new client dogs or old clients with new dogs. If thet get a "chip" number they will call it in just to be sure! What a wonderful world it would be if ALL dogs had chips!

My babies are chipped too. I had it done when they both were fixed. I got a discount for doing the chip at the same time as the surgery. I hope we never have to use it.
