I'm surprised she's deemed fit to look after HERSELF!! I am sure part of her sentence will include no animal ownership of any kind!! nonoicon

I sure hope that she can no longer own any animals. Silly question. Does any one know how that works. If she can not have any animals in MN and she moves to another state can she have animals then? I sure hope that she would not be able too!

It's likely that as part of her sentence she would not be able to leave the state anyway. That is usually a condition of probation, which is unfortunately what she will probably get, as opposed to jail time.

OMG! this woman now lives approximately 15 minutes from where I live.
Boy would I like to find her and give her a piece of my mind!!

So glad Fraser found a loving home!!! We can only hope that this woman is never allowed to own another animal.

Keeping fingers and paws crossed here that she isn't allowed to ever have any kind of pet again. I do remember the original article saying that she dumped Fraser and was getting a new puppy - I can't remember the breed though. Anyone remember what it was?

I'm glad to hear Fraser, aka Dewy, is doing well with his new family. He sure deserves it.

I bet some people do outrageous things just go get attention. They know what they're doing is wrong...but they feel they have to get their 15min. of fame somewhere.
