Chief, the older he gets, turns out to be such a cuddle-muffin! He's turning out to be an affectionate baby! Up until about 2-3 months ago... I would have give the affectionate award to my first boxer, Dolly (female). She was cuddly... However, Chief may have surpassed now that he's maturing!

I haven't had a female yet, but my first Boxer, Buster was VERY lovey-dovey! He would cuddle and give ots of kisses, but my favorite thing he'd do, was if my sister or I were crying, he knew it. . . and he'd come up to us and be sooo sweet, and give extra kisses! What a sweetheart!
Jager is very affectionate also, he especially likes to lean on me, like, if I would move he'd fall right over! hehe, so cute. Also, he gives great hugs, and he just can't get close enough to you, sometimes he almost smothers me! I tell him, "Jager, you can't get any closer than this!" But he still tries to anyway! AWWW! And he kisses like he's a person sometimes, he'll get really close to your face, and ever so softly licks your lip, not a big slurp at all, just a little Boxer peck. SOO sweet!

Ali is our first boxer and she is the sweetest girl ever. Sometimes I wake at night and her silly old head is cuddled up on my arm very close to my neck. She does go downstairs and sleep for awhile but before the night is over she's back in our bed which lead my husband to abandon our bed because he couldn't move his legs when he woke. Ms. Ali thought they were a pillow.
