I am so so sorry about Joey, it is devistating news for you, I know exactly how you feel as we had to help our big 8 1/2 year old Tyson yesterday to leave this world. This is one time when I am not happy that someone knows how I feel.

So sorry about Gus too. I hope they are wll bouncing together as we speak. Heartbreaking news.

So very very sorry for your loss of Joey. Cry when you need to cry but try to keep focusing on all your happy times with him. He was a special boy and so lucky to have you for his mom.

Sending prayers and hugs.

[Sigh]. I've been dreading the inevitable arrival of this news. I am so sorry for your loss, Collista, and know exactly how you're feeling right now. The good news is that you will heal with time and the memories of his illness will fade and what will be left are all the good ones. In that you can take comfort.

Meanwhile, wherever it is that the spirits of our dogs go, Joey has arrived. A brindle boxer named Gus walked up to him and stopped nose to nose. They froze and locked stares for a second.....then broke out in ridiculous, goofy-ass wiggles and twisting aerial jumps before taking off in the same direction together to where there's no pain and all play. Glad Gus has a buddy now.

Big hugs from us,
Jason

P.S. I'm going to try and post a pic of Trudy. Check her out when you're ready. :)
