I have a 10 month old female boxer. This past week she has been whinning at night and she seems to be losing weight. I haven't seen any worms in her potty. So I'm not sure what is going on with her! Has anyone ever experienced this before.

Thank you & Merry Christmas
Jennifer

Poor Baby, Sorry I am no help but if she is whinning and loosing weight I would definetely take her to the vet. I am a firm believer in the saying better off safe than sorry. There's something going on there...keep us updated and hope she will feel better soon.

Even though you can't see any worms in her poop, it is possible that she could still have them, your vet would have to run a fecal analysis to check to see if there are indeed any worms. I would say a trip to the vet is the best and safest thing to do since she seems to be losing weight and whining. Hope she starts to feel better soon.
