Looking for meatball recipe

Okay guys, I was a party around this time last year and the host made meatballs with ketchup, grape jelly, and pepsi. I cannot find this recipe ANYWHERE! I found one with just ketchup and jelly but it was not near as good! I know all of the ingrediants, so I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has this recipe and can tell me how much of each ingrediant to add. Also, I would be open to some other meatball recipes too. Thanks!!!

I have a good one...I usualy serve it with rice...but it could easily be made into a cocktail !!!

Meat balls...I assume you have your own recipe for these ?? if not just reply and I will write down mine....

1 can of Cambells Tomato Soup
1 can of Pineapple, crushed

I know this sounds odd....but give it a chance ?? Mix the 2 together....boil meat balls in this sauce....either in a crock pot or stove.....when they have simmered to perfection....add some cornstarch and water to make a paste and boil to thicken.....

You could add tooth picks to them and serve....YUMMIE ~~~~

Those do sound really good! I'm always up for trying new things. Your meatball recipe would actually be helpful...last time I made them homemade they feel apart! I've been buying the bag ones but they get really old after awhile. Thanks a lot Laurie!

I would bet that there is also apple cider vinegar and worchestershire sauce in that dipping sauce as well. Otherwise the jelly and pop would make it a little too sweet and there would be no tangy. I'm just guessing though! :D

You can also use a bottle of chili sauce with grape or current jelly, mix, heat and serve. It's very good.

When I make meatballs I use a combo of ground pork and ground beef. The meatballs come out much lighter tasting and full of flavor.

Mine is pretty basic....but I do agree with myrocky that pork and ground beef does make a great tasting meatball !!!

2 lbs. ground beef....lean or extra lean
bread crumbs 1/2 cup or so....
1 egg
seasoning: 1 cube or pack of beef stock....worshire sauce...a few squirts....onion powder..(I find onion pieces make the meatballs fall apart easier) and seasoning salt...roll together and wahhhhlaaaa !!! Meatballs!!!

You can cook before and then add to sauce.....you get the same flavour either way....with the pineapple juice it makes them just tasty !!!!

onion
bread
salt and pepper

The yummiest meat balls..... but I am not sure if you guys are talking about those??? confused :P

we usually, most of the time but not necessarily serve them with piyaz.which is basically white beans, not red beans, boiled and left to cold. salt the onions with your hands so they are not raw anymore. Mİx the two together and pour lemon juice and olive oil on it. yummy...... :D

Yep, Same kind of meatballs...everyone makes them a little differently and the sauce they are served with varies greatly...your recipe sounds sooo good though..I love anything with lemon flavoring or juice! Thanks!

I have a really good recipe for the sauce for meatballs too.

2 cups brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup vinigar
1/2 water
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soya sauce

Mix all ingrediants together in saucepan, and bring to a boil. Pour over already cooked meatballs in casorole dish. Put covered dish in oven on 350 for 30 mins or so. Sauce will thicken. It's absolutely delish!
