Oscar has some spots on his white chest too. He also has a little bit of white hair on his muzzle and when we first got him I kept trying to wipe it off b/c it looked like he had dirt on his nose.
Paisley has SOOOOO many boxer spots all over that you can't count them all! Big ones, small ones, freckles.. They're especially prominent when she gets a bath! But you can see them at all times! They're so cute! :p Paisley had a tiny black spot on her muzzle when we got her.. at about 8 weeks. She seriously started getting spots, I'd say 10 weeks on. But they were tiny, and now as she's getting older they're getting larger and she's still developing quite a few!
When we got Aspen she was completely white save for the 1/2 black lip. Now she has large "freckles" all over her ears and on her tummy! She sorta looks funny cause her ears are about 4 sizes too big for her head and they are all freckly! We still think she's beautiful!
Bongo has loads of spots, and as he's gotten older his fur is actually turning fawn over some of the spots! So, he is speckled now instead of pure white. I thought he had mud splatters on him, but nope! it's the fur! It's very cute!
Harley is spotted too!!
The spots are noticable when he is dry, but REALLY stand out when he is wet. My MIL in convinced he's not purebred Boxer and he's part dalmation... No Way, he's just Beautiful and thse are all the marks to prove it!!
Take a gander in my gallery and you can see the spots.... I wonder what i'd see if I connected them.. hmm?
I just noticed yesterday that Mateus had his first couple spots. He is a fawn with a very small white patch. All of the sudden there were like 5 spots, so I am thinking at this rate he is going to have quite a few. They are so cute, little love freckles!!
Sirus is now 16 months old...and although I don't remember the exact age that "the spots" came about...I do know that it was at a fairly young age. A friend of mine has a white female that is 6 months old and has 5 times as many spots as Sirus...so my guess is that it might just depend on the individual dog.
I had just recently discovered about 2 months ago that my 11 month old boxer has spots on her chest too. She's a brindle, and Her chest is all white. It's actually kind of cute though.
