LongIsland BASH,AROUND LEVITTOWN?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone around the Levittown or longisland area would like to meet up somewhere. I have a 12 week boxer female with lots of energy interested in meeting new friends. Its starting to get nice outside. I have been bringing her to the park, but it looks like im the only one, with the exception of my friends Bracco Italiano. Theres plenty of parks around here. I sure we can set up a meeting near by. I was looking forward to maybe this weekend, if it does not rain. Also theres a Boxer meeting in Levittown petco march 24 on a saturday from 2-3 pm. If anyones interested.

Hi Kroa - I live in Suffolk County, but last year met with some boxer owners from this forum, at Cedar Creek Park in Wantagh, off of Merrick Rd. They have a fenced in area for the dogs to play. We had a great time!!! I'm sure we will all be meeting again this coming year.
What is this about a boxer meeting at PETCO in Levittown on the 24th? What will they be doing there?

That Sounds Great!! Now we just have to come up with a date and time. As of the petco thing, On the flyer it says its a meet and greet. They will also give out refreshments for you and the dogs as well. They also give you information as well.

The park sounds good too, as long as it's enclosed and it's not one of those long island dog runs. We are free this Friday and Saturday so let me know what your schedule looks like.

I was at Creek Park in Wantagh, off of Merrick Rd today. There were so many dogs there today. It was so nice out. I think we should hold the meeting there. Saturday is fine for me. What time is good for you guys? Im sure there will be more dogs there.

Sorry, this weekend we can't make it, but hopefully soon we'll be able to all meet up now that the weather is getting better.....

The weather isn't looking so good this week. Sunday is the only day that the sun is going to come out. :9

Next week on Friday the 23 is supposed to be really nice. And Saturday as well.
Temperatures go as high as 60 degrees. I am definitely going to Cedar Creek park. If anyone wants to go.
