Too funny - and very acurate!!!
This week I have seen Owen's energy level slowly increase! He has strarted to get his toys out of the toy box and scatter them throughout the house (which used to annoy me, but now brings a smile to my face

). He continues to eat well and he gums are getting more and more pink!
We came back from the vets, and we are now up to 33!!!!!!! The low normal range is 35 - we can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
We are going to keep things status quo with him for the next two weeks - steroids twice a day, and eating lots of liver and extra vitamins... We have an appointment with the vet for the 18th and we will evaluate the situation then, decide how and when to start decreasing his steroids!
It has been such a long road, and we still have a ways to go, but it's so nice to have Owen acting more like himself.
I am going to SLOWLY start to increase his activity level to build back his muscles and endurance. It's getting difficult to keep him calm in the house now!
Thank you ALL for your support, healing vibes, and words of wisdom. They have helped more that you will ever know.
I will post another update as soon as I have more info.
