quick update

I spoke to the breeder and it looks like Nina's incision is doing much better. The swelling is down and its just a bit hard on the incision...which after talking to my vet i know is common.
So she is coming this sunday.
Unfortunately it will be just me and my dad getting her as my hubbie is working.
I got my mom to com and watch the kids this way i dont have to bring them with me and just devote my love to Nina.
I figure she might be tired when we get her...she is to arrive at 725pm...but from they have said it might take up to one hour to get her out...( not if i have anything to do with it...LOL)
I will keep you updated...
I made an appt with our vet this monday just for a quick look to make sure everything is healing.
2 days left.....please let them fly by...lOL

I'm so happy for you ! :) What a great holiday it will be for you and your family. I wish I could just snap my fingers for you to make the time go faster and Nina would be in your arms giving you lots of happy new baby kisses :)
She is a very lucky little girl to have such a loving family to come home to lovicon.

Thank you all for the kind words. It is US that are the lucky ones to get Nina.
2 more nights with almost no sleep.....i feel like i am in labour giving birth...the nerves...hapinness..being anxious...all in one..LOL

We waited two weeks!

We had to wait two weeks to spring Tyson from the SPCA because he had to be neutered! It was torture!!!!!!! congrats on your new addition! appicon and well said how you are the lucky ones!!! how lucky we all are to have boxers in our lives!!! Tyson and Ali's mom

length of the drive

Ok...call me crazy....but since Nina is coming by plane tomorrow and i just have the address in hand i figured i should check out the place today and this way i know how to get there. I timed it ...takes 25 min...no traffic...and during the day...when i get there it will be dark...so i am sure i have to give myself a bit more time
I talked to the people in tha cargo....beaming with pride...they all must think i am crazy being so excited over a dog.....i am sure YOU ALL know where i am coming from
TOMORROW TOMORROW ..please get here fast!!!LOL

Congratulations! All though I don't like rushing the weekend as I savor my time with my dogs, I do hope for time to fly for your sake. I know it's hard to wait. Have fun with your new puppy and give her lots of hugs and kisses from me and my furkids!
