I am so sorry about the loss of Jake. As I read your post, tears just started streaming down my face. I was in your shoes last March when we lost our sweet Savannah Rose. I am crying for your hurt and loss as well as all the memories flooding back in reliving our escapade. We still have 4 and a boxer grand baby, but they cannot take her memory away.

Brit box posted this when she passed away:" remembering you is easy, I do it everyday, but missing you is a heartache that never goes away." It is sad, but true.

It gets easier with time, but every week I think of her and wish I could rub her little floppy jaws.

Please hang in there and know you were so lucky to have Jake in your life and how enriched it was with him as your buddy.

I am so sorry for your loss. I truly understand the grief you feel, it has not yet been three weeks since I held my Killian while he died, just like you did for your sweet boy Jake. I keep reliving it over and over in my head. I still cry almost daily and know it will take a while, but the good memories are helping. We are all here to listen and support you through this time. Rest in Peace Jake.

I'm so very very sorry for your loss. I was in the picture forum and seen his picture. What a beautiful boy he was. I've saved his pictures in my favorites, he seems to be telling everyone something. I don't know how to tell you what I feel, but just know, that photo touched me deeply. Rest in Peace sweet ole' man.
