Jake has died

Jake passed away this morning. Vet rang me hour ago to say his little heart stopped and he couldnt breath anymore. She said they did all they could but hes gone now.

I am heartbroken. My poor baby who I love so much. Our hearts are bleeding here. I lost my Mam 6 wks ago and now my baby Jake. I dont know how much more I can take.

I am going to see him soon, he will be wrapped in a baby blanket and I can say goodbye. I really want to give him a kiss good night.

Now I am so worried for Sammy. They are together a full year now. Sammy is crying since Jake went to Vet on Mon. I will need all the help I can get from you guys here on how to handle this.

I have followed Jakes 'illness' from the start and when I saw your post on the other thread I thought it was going to be more good news about him.
