I couldnt go to Vets today.. I just couldnt collect the ashes I will try again 2moro.. please someone give me the strength to get through his horrible time.

Why not call the vets office and ask them if they can hold them for you a while longer. Just wait until you're ready, or have someone else pick them up for you and put them in a special box that you pick out. It might be easier to see the ashes if they are in a special box. Only you know what is right for you. Remember, there are no rules that you have to follow. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I collected Jake's ashes yesterday.. as I was bringing home my new boy Bruce-Willis I just had to get Jake. It was very sad moment but relief too that hes back home with me. thanks for everyones kind wishes and support during the last 6 weeks or so xxxxxxxxxx

I'm so glad you were able to do this your way. I know it didn't help your breaking heart, but maybe it was a little easier.
