Jack Russel Boxer?!!??

Does anyone here have a boxer that bounces straight up in the air from all fours like a Jack Russell Terrier? ( I think its the Jack Russell that does that) My new puppy does this whenever he gets excited. Its so funny. He gets some height too. My older boxer is so laid back, the most he does is kidney bean to the point he falls over (also funny). But the jumping is hilarious...

Moto does that all the time. He is like a jumping bean. I really need to get a video of him.

Joey can jump higher than my head and I am 5'6. He does this when I put him in his fenced in play area!

Ace doesn't do it too often unless he gets REALLY excited in which he jumps up with all fours and kidney beans at the same time. The most hilarious part is that he does it all with his eyes closed because his long tail whacks him in the face while doing his wiggles. It makes ANY day a great day.

Torque does this also. Like he has springs on his feet. I am trying to get him to do it on command, I say "jump" each time he does it, hopefully he will catch on. I love it!

Beau does it when he's really excited about something (me coming home, going outside, etc.). It's hilarious!

Abbie does this when she wants in from outside. She will spring up to about the height of half the door. I guess she wants to make sure I can see her, even with a full glass door. I think that is the only time she does it. She beans while doing it sometimes too, which makes it even more funny. Dozer has springs in his feet at all times but he doesn't usually spring up from all 4 feet at the same time though.

Vinny is definitely a bean jumper!! Ozzy will only jump up if you have something he wants or you're a new person. If Vinny and Ozzy haven't met you, you'd think my floors were rubber. They're CRAZY!!
Also my father has a min pin that jumps up and down when he's getting fed. This dog can jump up to my shoulders which is about five feet. Amazing!

Jackson is definintely a jumper too. He jumps straight up in the air when we are playing fetch. When he runs in the yard, everything is like an obstacle course for him. He jumps over the benches on the deck in a flying leap and he has cleared our furniture during his boxer burns. My DH wants to get him involved with agility training. He is so agile, it is unbelievable.

Oscar does this so I put it on cue, "How big are you?" and lift my arm straight up. The arm movement part of the cue was not a good idea because if someone has something in their hand that they don't want him to get and they hold their hand up over their head, he often responds with that jump straight up in the air.
