Boxer Insane
Since I stopped smoking and with other stresses in my life I gained 1-5 stone (21lbs) in weight. I don't think I have ever felt so heavy and blobby since being pregnant. I decided to do something about it 3 weeks ago, not diet but just eat healthily, cutting out all the junk. Well today I weighed myself and I've lost 10lbs! I feel a lot better, I want to lose another 10lbs then I will hopefully be able to keep my new weight. It helps walking my 3, this morning I've been out with one boxer after the other from 6-8.30am!
