I have 4 that we really enjoy:
Buffalo wings from Hooters (I make my dh pick them up)
Deviled Eggs
Cranberry Appetizer Meatballs
1 24-oz bag frozen meatballs (I use Costco)
1 16-oz can jellied cranberry sauce
1/3 cup chili sauce (bottled by Heinz)
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen meatballs into a 2-quart casserole. In a medium bowll, wisk together cranberry sauce, chili sauce and mustard until blended. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover: bake 40 minutes or until meatballs are hot. Stir before serving, serve with toothpicks.
Spinach Balls (High in fat, but they taste really good and you can make them ahead of time)
2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg (6oz) chicken-flavored Stove Top Stuffing
1 cup grated Parmeasan cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain in sieve, pressing out as much moisture as possible with back of spoon.
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, both packets of stuffing mix (do not add water), Parmesan cheese, eggs, butter and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and roll into balls the size of large marbles. about 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. After balls are completely frozen, remove and store in plastic bag in freezer.
To serve: Replace frozen balls on cookie sheet and back at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes (or seven to 10 minutes at 350 degrees for unfrozen balls) until lightly browed. Serve hot. Makes about 80 Spinach Balls. Serve alone or with ranch dressing
