Hello,
I am finding it pretty impossible to find a reputible breeder in, around or near Philly. I know that I live in the state capital of puppy mills and Im trying to avoid any puppies from Lancaster, Pa or pet stores. I have literraly been searching for the last month and have found a total of 2 Pa breeders that seem to be on the up and up and I cant get either of them to respond to any of my emails. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Id be willing to drive to surrounding states even if neccesarry New Jersey or Delaware would be fine also
