Please notice my signature. I am an Americanized Kiwi according to my Maori relatives. I suppose I should be I've been here (USA) since I was 4 years old. That's a long time ago.
My husband (the brit) and I are planning a trip home (NZ) next Christmas(your summer). My Mum will be joining us as I know nothing about NZ at all. She is a Maori so I will need her to introduce me to my culture. I am expecting I may experience a little culture shock. All my Mums family is there. So I'm expecting we'll be going non stop . I was born in Auckland, we will be staying in Milford as our home base.

I firmly believe that a rescue knows when you have saved them and they appreciate you that much more!!! Best of luck with the wait!!! We had to wait Two whole weeks to get Tyson from the SPCA
