Boxer Insane
So this afternoon I'm upstairs putting fresh sheets on all our beds. My daughter (4) in in the kitchen on the computer playing her Elmo program, and the doggies are down there with her. As I am working away, I hear her telling the dogs to sit..give paw..down...stay, etc., and I smile to myself thinking how cute it is for her to help keep their basic training up to par! As I come down the stairs, the dogs are the first ones I see, looking at me with their ears layed back as if to say "oh $hit"!! Jessica says to me "Mommy, I'm a good doggie learner...watch this", and looks at the dogs and says "SIT". They look at her...then me...then they sit like they were unsure. Jesica reaches in her pants pocket and proceeds to pull a Chicken ball out and puts it between her lips and the dogs lapped her face until she spit it out...still not sure which dog got it as it happened so fast and I was still in shock that she had a chicken ball in her pocket! Jessica says..."see mommy..I'm a good trick learner"!! You see, this morning I prepared chicken balls to have for supper tonight, and they were sitting in a bowl on the counter cooling. The bowl is EMPTY!! She fed them all to both dogs...20 chicken balls!! :eek: I'm still in shock! We ended up having tacos instead! :rolleyes:

. And now she has forever earned their love and devotion because she is the best learner ever!!!
For now...it's called leverage!
