I would do all of the "good" and "responsible" things then I would:

Change the way that professional athletes are paid. I mean really, MILLIONS of $$$$ to play games?? Think of what all that money could do with helping animals???

Animal abuse would be a mandatory life sentence with no possibility of parole AND the guilty parties would be responisible for poo removal (supervised) in every neighborhood.

BYB and Puppy Mills would no longer exist.

Every person wanting children would be required to pass a test and get a license just like we have to do with so many other things. We need licenses to drive, work in certain jobs, own a business, even for our dogs.....If parenting is SO important why does it not require some license that shows proof of their capability?

Well if I ruled the world, I would do the following:

1. Eliminate all creepy crawlie yucky things. (ie bugs, worms, spiders...all of 'em...dead)

2. I would eliminate the need for money. That way no one would be poor or rich...everyone would be on equal footing.

3 Free education for everyone.

4 I agree with the previous poster about having to pass certain tests in order to become parents or pet owners. Stupidity breeds stupidity....

5. Scientists would work around the clock in order to find a way to permanently eliminate fat and cellulite. That way we can all go to the beach in our bikinis and look like Pam Anderson!!!

Oh, yes, I must not forget the most important rule. Remi gets her own throne!!!!

Order castration for all sex offenders (and I don't mean the chemical kind)

Put all dead beat fathers in prison and make them work while the government paid their child support.

Use expenses in the calculations for income limits on legal assistance.

declare that all businesses with over 100 employees provide daycare on site (with school transportation) for all employees.

tell new jersey to stick their no fault accident law where the sun don't shine. (200 bucks a month for a 10 year responsible driver with no tickets or accidents driving a sentra is outrageous)

First I would cure all diseases.

Money would actually be worth something.

Everyone would be paid the same so we wont have class system.

If you do the crime, you pay the time! If you get 20 yrs for a crime, YOU spend 20 yrs.

Smoking wouldnt be bad for you and it would actually offend no one.

Oil would be plentiful and if you needed gas you just pulled in station and put it in and didnt worry about costs.

I have to steal one I read before.....DOGS COULD TALK. I would love to know what they are thinking or idea they are trying to convey.

Health insurance would not be necessity partly because of no disease. The doctors, as we may need them for other reasons, were paid by govt and the treatments/visits would be free.

Okay, maybe I should rephrase that, because I'd be gone too now that you mention it. Anyone that has ever harmed another living being out of malisciousness or cruelty, would simply cease to exist. Justified killing and maiming would be okay.

I would first make healthcare and dental care free (make the government and pharmacy companies pay for it)
Money would be equal to all
I would put into effect the one strike your out as far as major crimes, sex offenders, murders, eye for an eye etc...
I would protect all animals from harm
I would make it to where daycare could be free as well
or heck make it to where people do not have to work for a living and have the time to spend with their children animals families etc.
