Time seems to pass so quickly, it is almost cruel. I am coming up on an anniversary of my own, one I hate to think about. Sometimes I think it would be nice to skip these sorrowful anniversaries, just skip the entire day every year. But I seem to find, as the years continue to pass, that I am able to look back and smile just a little bit through the tears. As much as it hurts, it feels good to remember them and remember what they added to our lives. My thoughts are with you. Take care!

Gruntsmom:

Oh my I feel so terrible that I missed your post. I checked awhile back and didn't see one but wanted to write something and didn't know how to go about it. I knew your boy's anniversary was the end of Feb. I have not been on in a week or so until today when low and behold I found your thread. How often I have thought of you and your sweet boy and the pain you must be going through. You have been a tower of strength for everyone at B.W. who has lost their babies over the past year even though you were suffering so much inside. Please know that I may be late in writing this but you have been an inspiration by the strength and courage you have shown over the past year. I hope I can be half as strong as you when my turn comes. Take care. Hugs.

A hug for you

Grunts Mom:
I'm so sorry that I missed posting to your thread about Grunts one year anniversary at the bridge, I know how much you loved Grunt and how you miss him so
through your lovely tributes; We kind of feel like we knew him too, if only just from the words of your beautiful tributes to your special boy, I understand your sorrow and have been right where you are.. it does gets easier with time, We’ll always miss our babies at the bridge, their spirit and memories are always heart felt and with us always.
I also want to say thank you for always posting your kind comforting words to us during our time of sorrow, they meant a lot to me as do all the BW replies. I can honestly say time will heal your heart and BW members help ease our pain along the journey.. Blowing some kisses to Grunt, My Riley and All our Boxer Angels at the bridge.. Sending you ((((Hugs)))) ~Vickie; Cody and Layla

Gruntsmom, I can't believe it's been a year already. Sorry I am catching this soo late, but Chance and I have had many major life changes since the last time I was here and I am just now getting back to you guys. Not a day has gone by where I haven't thought of you or your beloved Grunt. I hope the past year hasn't been too bad for you and know that little Grunt never left your side, physically maybe but never spiritually or emotionally. We love you and hold you firmly and fondly in our hearts. May you be blessed with the joy and help you have given so many of us over the years on this wonderful site...and I'm sure to the people you are in contact with daily. God bless and take care :)

What a beautiful tribute to a boxer boy

What a wonderful tribute to a beautiful boy.... RIP sweet Grunt.... Run free and happy with the other boxer angelsangelicon. I am sure my Missy Ginty is with you.... not being to bossy I hope.

The saddness and emptiness I felt after my sweet Missy Ginty went to the bridge.... but then to find my silly little Saska.... who will be 10 in August... Two years have passed since my girl Ginty went to the bridge..... my saddness is still raw, but I would go through it all again.

My thoughts and prayers are with you

Pammyjean and Saska xx
